Nolita Harbour’s Projects
Made around the way a space is used.
Our projects range from private homes to hotels, restaurants and outdoor settings. Some begin with a piece from the collection; others start with a drawing, a material reference or a specific requirement.
We work with design professionals and private clients to supply, adapt and develop furniture that suits the architecture, use and character of each space.
As part of the same team as Mediterrazza, we can also support projects that need a considered connection between indoor and outdoor furniture.

Interior design by Lázaro Rosa-Violán
Located within 5* Hotel Don Carlos, in Marbella, Manero is a restaurant designed by Spanish interior architecture studio Lázaro Rosa-Violán.
Nolita Harbour produced a selection of bespoke furniture and project-specific elements for the space, developed around the studio’s drawings, material direction and operational requirements.
The pieces were designed for a busy hospitality setting while fitting naturally within the restaurant’s layered interior. The result brings together the studio’s strong visual identity with the detail and production quality of Portuguese craftsmanship.
Developed with a New York-based interior design studio
For Oyatte Restaurant, Nolita Harbour worked with a New York-based interior design studio to produce a mix of bespoke furniture and adapted pieces from the collection.
Each piece was developed around the project’s design direction, with tailored dimensions, finishes and commercial-grade upholstery selected for a busy hospitality setting.
The furniture combines project-specific design with durable materials suited to everyday restaurant use.
Interior design by Nebras Aljoaib Creative Studio
For this private villa in Riyadh, Nolita Harbour worked with Nebras Aljoaib Creative Studio to develop a fully bespoke furniture scheme.
Each piece was made around the project’s requirements, from proportions and materials to finishes and detailing. The furniture was developed to sit naturally within the villa’s considered interior, where texture, contrast and material depth were central to the design direction.
The final pieces combined project-specific design with the level of finish required for a private residential setting.
Developed with a Spain-based interior design studio
For this private residence in Marbella, Nolita Harbour supplied selected pieces from the collection, upholstered in fabrics chosen specifically for the project.
The furniture was adapted to work with the home’s material palette, proportions and day-to-day use, bringing comfort and a considered finish to the interior.
The result is a calm, practical residential setting where each piece supports the wider design rather than competing with it.
A Spain-based studio led the interior direction, with work focused on tailored residential interiors and projects in Marbella and the wider Costa del Sol.
Developed with a Bordeaux-based interior architecture studio
For the BAINDEMER boutique in Courchevel 1850, Nolita Harbour produced the central bespoke counter, designed as a key element of the store’s layout.
The counter was developed around the project’s soft architectural language, including rounded forms, sculpted arches, mineral tones and walnut details. Its proportions were tailored to the compact retail space, supporting both the daily use of the boutique and the overall customer experience.
The piece brings a warm, crafted presence to a retail concept inspired by the relaxed spirit of Saint-Tropez. The 30 m² boutique combines curved joinery, a warm mineral palette and a lounge/DJ area within a made-to-measure layout.
Interior design by a Côte d’Azur-based studio.
Renovated for an American couple settling in the South of France, this apartment brings together a calm interior palette with moments of colour and character.
Working to the studio’s design, Nolita Harbour produced bespoke and custom-made furniture, including built-in pieces developed around the new layout. Among them is a room divider that serves two spaces: seating and storage at the entrance, and a media unit facing the living room.
Each piece was made to fit the apartment and the way its owners live, helping the different areas feel connected without losing their individual purpose.
Interior design by Kari Whitman Interior Design
For this private beach house in Newport, Nolita Harbour supplied a mix of bespoke furniture and pieces from the collection, working with Kari Whitman Interior Design’s vision for the home.
The furniture was selected and developed to suit a relaxed coastal setting while feeling comfortable and personal. A bespoke wall mirror is among the details created for the project.
